Terms of use
The terms for using FitMyUpload, including the notice that no portal acceptance is guaranteed.
A free tool, with no guarantee of acceptance
FitMyUpload prepares files to match the rules that portals publish. We cannot guarantee that any portal, university, embassy or employer will accept your file. Each portal decides for itself.
Rules can change
We take portal rules from official sources only and show the date we last checked each one. Rules can change without notice: always check the portal's own instructions before you submit.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the photos you process and for what you submit. Photo rules often require a recent, unedited photo of you; do not use the tool to submit a photo that breaks a portal's rules.
No affiliation
FitMyUpload is independent. It is not affiliated with Campus France, the US Department of State or any other portal or government named on this site.
Provided as is
The site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss resulting from its use, including a rejected application.
